About the Society

The Society of Professionals in Healthcare was founded in 1998, a merger of Healthcare Executives of Northern California and Healthcare Strategies & Perspectives. Its mission is to provide professional development, networking and educational opportunities for its members, assisting them in gaining insight into issues and events that influence healthcare strategies and policies, and in positioning their organizations for success.

We are a diverse healthcare management association made up of members from all spheres of healthcare. Our 170+ membership includes management professionals from all disciplines of healthcare including medical group and hospital administrators, health plan & IPA executives, attorneys, accountants, consultants, and vendors in the healthcare industry. Members represent middle-management through the CEO level.

Membership Dues to SPH are $125 per year, January 1 through December 31. Prorating begins in March.
